Job Description

"Delightech is a technology provider offering a digital lending platform that supports licensed financial institutions in delivering loan services through secure electronic channels. The platform enables customers to apply for and access loan-related services anytime, anywhere, on supported devices, subject to internal policies, credit assessment, and compliance with Cambodia regulations."

Requirements

●Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
●1–2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
●Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
●Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.
●Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or another programming language.
●Experience working with APIs and system integrations is an advantage.
●Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data modeling.
●Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
●Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
●Understanding of database security, access control, and data protection.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
●Good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
●Good communication and teamwork skills.
●Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
●Good command of Khmer and basic to intermediate English.
●Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or digital lending is an advantage.
