Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supervising the accounting team, and maintaining compliance with Cambodian accounting and tax regulations. The role supports timely financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements while contributing to the company's financial stability and growth in a digital finance environment.

Requirements

●Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
●Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
●At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
●Experience in fintech, banking, microfinance, or digital lending is an advantage.
●Hard Skills: Financial Reporting, General Ledger Management, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
●Bank Reconciliation, Cambodian Tax Compliance (VAT, WHT, Salary Tax), Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables,, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF Functions), Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, ERP, or similar)
●Budgeting & Forecasting, Internal Controls, Audit Preparation.
