Job Description

The Legal & Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that Delightech's business operations comply with Cambodian laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. The role provides legal support on contracts, corporate matters, and compliance monitoring while helping strengthen risk management and governance within the company's digital finance operations.

Requirements

  • ●Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, or a related field.
  • ●Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, or Regulatory Affairs.
  • ●Experience working with Cambodian government authorities and regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
  • ●Experience in fintech, digital lending, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
  • ●Contract drafting and review
  • ●Corporate legal documentation

  • ●Cambodian Labor Law knowledge
  • ●AML/KYC compliance
