Job Description

Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible services Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead our digital marketing team in the rapidly evolving Fintech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing our digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

●Have knowledge in EXCEL and project management tools
●Proven experience as a digital Marketing Executive or similar at least 3+ years
●Proven knowledge of web analytic tools
●Bachelor Degree of in marketing or relevant field (MBA preferred)
●Experience in B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO\SEM
●Strong understanding of digital financial products and Cambodian market dynamics
●Proven ability to build partnerships, close deals, and meet targets
●Proficiency in CRM tools and financial technology platforms.

Responsibilities

●Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
●Have basic concept on producing video contents for our available channel and Oversee the creation of
●engaging and relevant content across different platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and customer personas
●Strategic for recruitment new customer through our mobile app platform
●Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
●Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and engage with the online audience.
●Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid ad efficiency.
●Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials.
●Track and report performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations.
●Support providing system logic (LOS) for developing marketing campaigns
●Work with partners to ensure marketing campaigns
●Managing, delegating, and assigning tasks to team members
●Other tasks assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
